December 8, 2017
I’m thoroughly enjoying December so far this year. I’m using this short break to take a small breather before the 2018 wedding season takes off in January! I can’t wait to work with my new brides for next year, but the few weeks of downtime are the perfect recharge to start wedding season ready to go!
I wanted to share this gorgeous wedding at Morais Vineyards for my bride Jenny and her new husband Brandon. I fell in love right away with Jenny’s bridal party fashion and her light and delicate color palette. She and I bonded over a shared love for peonies which made designing her bouquets so much fun! The soft peonies we perfect for the light and airy feel of Morais Vineyards and blended perfectly with her feminine color scheme.
I’m obsessed with Jenny’s fit and flare ruched tulle wedding dress. The simplicity of the design and the tulle bottom makes the design both elegant and fun. The bridal belt and long, classic veil that Jenny wore were the perfect touches to finish off her look! Brandon’s Ivory tux jacket with black lapels looked so classy as well.
What was great about the way Jenny styled her bridal party and wedding was the way that all of the colors and textures blended together to create a mix of complementing tones and textures. Two of her girls were in gold sequined gowns which contrasted with the other girls’ blush chiffon dresses. To top everything off, the two flower girls were in adorably poofy tulle, ivory flower girl dresses. Finished with the soft and timeless bouquets, all of the girls in Jenny’s bridal party looked perfect together.
